With a background in machining, applications support, CAM programming, and technical training, his goal is to identify root cause problems that limit customer and product effectiveness. By collaborating with Sandvik products and partners, these findings can help customers and Sandvik products address pain points in a more holistic way.
Matt has been part of the Sandvik Lighthouse team since April 2020. He works with Lighthouse program partners with an aim to find seamless solutions between software. It's important for the team to provide solutions with continuous feedback and helping to guide software development. Sandvik’s Lighthouse program helps customers connect with various types of technology. The working relationship enables quick customer feedback and testing of product ideas to reveal new business opportunities and added customer value. These technologies primarily focus on CAM, metrology, robotics, and digital tool management. All contributing to waste reduction, improving sustainability, and increasing profitability
